Abs? Give Me Advice And If Im On The.right Way To Abs I Dont Do Diet Im Thin Cuz Of My Family And Play Soccer ?

I weight about 143 pounds. I want abs I do 10 min daily cardio 2x and daily 10 ab excercise I stopped drinking coke about a week ago and I was a heavy coke drinker. Am I on the right way to abs. I have about 3 weeks doing it and I feel and can see the squares on my belly if I jump .. U can see the daily cardio and daily abs workouts in the android market I would like some one with a sixpack to tell me if im on the right way … Thanxz

    Im pretty proud of mine but i would the amount of ab workout and dont just do situps. Try to keep your legs elevated and your arms above your head while doing your sit ups and this will greatly help the process. But it does take time if you do have fat covering the stomach and in that case just do about 1 hour of cardio and that will burn alot faster but if your skinny then just do some ab workouts daily and do it right for about 25-30 mins.
    When i was doing my abs i did about 2 hours a day with a 5 mins break between the hour excercises.

    a good way to train abs is to do an upper ab exercise, a lower ab exercise, and a twisting exercise. granted all of them work the entire abs but youre putting more emphasis on different areas.
